Carla B. Guttmann
Carla B. Guttmann is an international director whose films have premiered at TIFF, Fresh Film Fest Karlovy Vary, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Santa Barbara amongst others. She is a member of the German Directors Guild (BVR) and a native of Montreal, Canada. She now resides between Berlin and Stockholm.
Carla has written and directed the award winning film “The Double Woman,” the collaborative film “Crossing Paths” and the documentary “Making Heart of Fire” for TV60 film productions. The latter was broadcast on the Bayerischen Rundfunk on German television. She has attended numerous markets and industry conferences including the EFM at Berlinale, the Marché de Film at Cannes, the Venice industry conference, the TIFF industry conference, the TV Drama Vision at Gothenburg Film Festival, the Gotham Week in NYC, and the Nordic Film Market in Haugesund, Norway.
Carla began her coaching company A-LIST FESTIVAL COACH in 2017 to share her knowledge and strategies with actors about navigating top festivals with clear results and winning outcomes.

Renate Gustavsson
Renate Gustavsson is a student of Communication and Swedish Linguistics from Stockholm, with interest in language and creativity in various forms. She and Carla met during an acting course in Stockholm where they quickly discovered a shared sense of curiosity and collaboration. Since then, she has taken on the freelance role of managing A-list festival coach’s website and social media channels, where she combines her interest in communication with her growing knowledge in marketing, graphics and digital strategy.
Outside of her studies, Renate finds inspiration in art, film and international travel which continue to shape her perspective on communication and creativity globally. With a curious mind she keeps building her path of marketing, media and artistic projects alongside Carla at A-List Festival Coach.
